PRICE: Prices are quoted F.O.B. our warehouse in Appin, Ontario. Prices are subject to change without notice, but in this event every effort will be made to contact the customer prior to shipment.
PAYMENTS: 2% 10 days, Net 30 O.A.C., shipping charges and or GST are excluded from the discount. Overdue accounts past 45 days will be subject to a 1.5% late fee, 60 days – 2% & 90 days – 2.5 %. There will be a $40.00 NSF charge for all dishonored payments. We currently accept the following methods of payment: cheque, EFT (electronic funds transfer), Visa and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard payments will be subject to a 2% processing fee.
MINIMUM ORDER: $30.00 before shipping charges and/or GST.
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped the most economical way, (usually FedEx) unless another shipping method is requested. We will absorb the shipping charges on all Canadian FedEx Ground shipments with invoice values in excess of $500.00 before taxes.
RETURNS: No goods may be returned without our prior consent. All returns made through no fault of ours will be credited at less 10% restocking charge. All returns must be prepaid at the customer’s expense.
LIABILITY: Any and all items returned to us as incorrect or defective will be replaced, upon our acceptance of such goods. Said returns shall never form the subject for any type of claim.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We reserve the right to supply special orders with a plus or minus 10% factor. Special orders must be accepted at full quantity and may not be cancelled without our consent or if the order is in production or in transit.
